Avocado Toast

Nothing excites my tastebuds more than AVOCADO TOAST topped with soft scrambled eggs. Avocado toast is my favorite breakfast and works every day of the week. I don’t even feel bad for eating the same thing every day (especially when it looks and tastes this good). Keeping this meal routine helps me stay healthy and makes my morning much more colorful.

What all we need to make a perfect Avocado Toast:

  • Wheat Bread (toasted)
  • Butter\creamcheese (whatever you prefer)
  • Avocado

This is so easy and delicious!

All about AVOCADO:

  • The avocado or alligator pear is a fruit, derived from a large berry that contains a single seed. Most avocados have a green skin fleshy body that resembled a pear.
  • The avocado came from southern Mexico, near Puebla, but it was grown from central Peru to the Rio Grande way before the Europeans arrived. This was eventually exported not only to the West Indies but to nearly all areas of the tropical and subtropical world with acceptable environmental conditions.
  • The oldest evidence of avocado use dates to around 10,000 BC and was found in a cave which is located in Coxcatlan, Puebla, Mexico.
  • European sailors en route to the New World used an avocado as a substitute for butter.
  • Avocados are a popular product and are grown in tropical and Mediterranean climates worldwide.
  • Avocados contain just five grams of fat, most of which the monounsaturated kind, and are sodium and cholesterol-free.
  • Today avocados are used for sandwiches, salads, dips, smoothies, sauces.  Avocados are loved for their taste, color, and creaminess. Therefore, using avocado is popular in today’s cuisine.
