Orange Juice

Juice is one of the most common drinks in the world which plays a key role with everyone’s breakfast because of its nutritional and vitamin factors. Likewise every other person, i like to drink juice with my meals because its beneficial in keeping you healthy. Most importantly it doesn’t contain any kind of artificial sugars that may be harmful for body. Talking about orange juice it is pure when you are making it at home which just cost you few oranges and juicer.

Ingredients needed;

  • Oranges
  • salt if needed
  • piece of ginger or lemon
  • Honey (optional)
  • Mixer or juicer

 How to make it?

After you gather all those ingredients the first step will be peel the oranges and the ginger. Make sure to remove all the seeds because if you will not remove them it will make it taste more bitter. Secondly, pour the juice and add some salt or lemon juice        if you want for more exotic taste. It can always with mixed with other juices for example Mango, Pineapple, and Pomegranate to make it taste more innovative and delicious.
